Dr. Joon has been providing exceptional dental care in East Texas since 2021. He offers a comprehensive range of services, including preventive, cosmetic, restorative, and emergency dentistry, with a personalized approach tailored to each patient’s needs. His goal is to help patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their smiles.
Why Did You Decide to Become a Dentist?
Dr. Joon chose dentistry because of his passion for improving lives through health and confidence. He finds fulfillment in building long-term relationships with patients and helping them achieve smiles they can truly be proud of through high-quality, compassionate care.
Where Did You Study Dentistry?
Dr. Joon earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from NYU College of Dentistry. Committed to continued learning, he stays up to date with the latest techniques and technologies in dentistry. He is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID), where he is currently working toward his Associate Fellow designation.
Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?
When he’s not caring for patients, Dr. Joon resides in McKinney, TX, with his wife and their beloved fur baby. In his free time, he enjoys watching Korean dramas and exploring the local culinary scene by trying new restaurants.
